I watch Castle too! And yes, that Halloween episode was amazing! (I haven't seen most of the Firefly episodes, but I knew who the actor was and how the costume was relevant)

Never watched all of Firefly? Blasphemy! You can go to Hulu to watch a few episodes, but several just link you out. Firefly was amazing! It just had the wrong network, the wrong time slot, no p.r., and a DUMB ASS BACK STABBING NETWORK!

Oh well, they made a movie. T.V. never really could contain them anyhow. Plus, now we get Castle, which is nearly as good. XD

Yeah......don't hurt me, but my family actually has the Firefly series, I just haven't ever gotten around to watching them all.

Speaking of Castle, that's tonight! I hope its new because I haven't checked.......

I recomend you do watch them. However, I sometimes feel like Castle is --dare I say it-- better than Firefly.

You had better watch last night's episode, because it had mummies AND Indiana Jones references. I don't think it was the best but it certainly wasn't a bad one.

And maybe it feels like Castle might be better because he and........um........*wiki searches*........Stana Katic (Kate Beckett) work so well together. I'm no expert on acting, but those two make their banter seem real and natural. Also, I think that he is at his best when he can just goof-off, which wasn't very often in Firefly.

Oh, and if SciFi was the network you were trashing, I agree completely. They completely screwed up my favorite book series when they made it into a TV series. Its no wonder it ran for only 1 season.....Oh, talking about the Dresden Files.

Dresden was okay, but not my cup of tea. However, I was not referring to syfy.... I love syfy! I meant Firefly's origional producer, Fox.

If your talking about the Dresden TV series, then yes, that wasn't very impressive...........But that's what happens when you don't follow a good story that's already been written for you, when the main actors fail at playing their characters, and when you don't have nearly enough of a budget to actually do some awesome stuff. Seriously, if you haven't tried the books they are WAY better than the TV series. Example: in TV a few buildings get damaged, while in the books there is usually at least one wrecked building PER BOOK. And the main character is usually the one doing the crazy destruction, no hockey/drum sticks involved. A honest-to-god wizard's staff and blasting rod (instead of the title "wand") are his tools of choice. And a .357 magnum. And now I'm ranting on someone else's journal. X3
