1 works best against the darker background. You want it to be noticeable. 4's the next best. Something in between those possibly?

I like 1, but if popular opinion says it's too bright, then 4 would be my next choice.

I prefer number 1 the best, the second best would be number 4, just needs a break over the nose for Devon and perhaps a tad brighter.

Number 3 for the guy and 4 for the girl. I'm anxious for the second page. Any idea when it will be up?

I trust your judgement in this matter. My own opinion is that the third panel for the boy is the best blush considering not only my own personal taste for a blush to be strewn across the nose, but it has the right type of shaded coloring for his blackish gray/light blue fur. The fourth panel for the girl because of the fact that the first and second panels are too bright/dark, and the third panel blush you can discern as her blushing, but it has a little too much of a shade to it from my perspective.

it may not look realistic but i think it works well. the stylized look of it is the most aesthetically appealing of the 4 options

#1 cause you want to see the blush not have to squint at the screen trying to tell wither there blushing or not.
