1. The specularity should probably have the scales applied to it as an intensity control so that way the gaps in the scales aren't specular too.
2. Possibly adjust lighting on the dragon itself, you have some areas that are unrealistically dark (light bounces, absolute black 'doesn't exist')
3. Consider adjusting the dragon's colors in post to be more in sync to the background image's white balance, add some artificial grain to blend it in.
4. Possibly move your key lights to mostly overhead or behind the dragon? The shadows on the lower parts of the bed suggest the lighting is coming from above or the other side.
5. Add in bump maps and/or more model detail? There's a few places that don't 'feel' right, I don't know how exactly to describe it....
BUT, on the positive side, you've got the base structure pretty much down. It doesn't appear to have irregular deformities or much in the base mesh to indicate a noticeable flaw...
