Gut of Valor the Settlement Guardian

(continuing conversation as Valor walks back to his post, gut sloshing each step of the way)
"But when am I allowed to go?"
"Only on supply runs with other humans. No exploring alone, there be monsters."
"Like dragons that might want me in their stomach too"
"Yeah, and me just rolling up my non-existent sleeves and stomping after the dragon that's chasing you."
"Then you'd have to save me and would probably be kept in your protective custody for a long time."
"Definitely. At minimum a year."
"Hey!"
"Standing guard outside the settlement, stroking his gut with armored claws to get you to stop moving, the occasional small wet belch".[/b][/i]
Having wandered outside of the safe zone without a partner, I've been retrieved by the hungry knight monster and Settlement Guardian Valor.
He's stoic and punctual, sticking to tasks at hand. His actions can be a little more indulgent, as he enjoys the taste of humans but is not vocal about it. He's no Tower Knight but he is larger than most humans.
It is standard for humans under his protection, or ones who defy his orders, be sent to his stomach for a duration at his discretion. Also his tongue actually isn't a tongue, it's pure energy, just sensitive enough to emulate taste.
