One of Shema's self-assigned responsibilities as the innkeeper of 'The Katta's Tail' inn is to make sure the dining area and each guest room has fresh, seasonal flowers whenever possible. Therefore, she wakes early on some mornings each month and goes out of town to collect whatever flowers are in bloom for that time of year.

She has quite a walk to get outside the town, so she always makes sure to dress in her best, heedless of the possibility of damaging the fine fabric on a twig or thorn.
