Not bad, thought, but you should pon it, when you have a reference.
So, you also wanted to know about my opinion: here you have it! :D (btw, I do not like DIGIMON, so do not ask)
About your art in gereral: You have a good eye and you are able to catch certain proportion and figures very good. Your line art is smooth, clean and very fine. Your colours are a little bit pale and too "rubbish" (no offence). Try to use the pencils and colour pencils with SOME more pressure. Just a little! :D
Your lineart is good, but I'd suggest you try some more "easy" way and not such "strict" lines. I mean, too hard lines.
But overall, there is a nice base you can really work and build upon!
