Lunerly.
Lunerly is a scientist that was spliced with a dragon species, essentially a 50/50 hybrid with animal traits being restricted to waist down. The dragon part of her is supposed to be feral that was adapted for upward walking, like if you just swapped her lower body with another species; then tweaked it a bit. So when drawing her it's best to think in terms of feral dragons than anthro/furry anatomy. Her lower body is as dragonic as her upper body is human.
