Drumstep??
Title can't be empty.
Title can't be empty.
So I gave Drumstep a shot... if you can call it that... it gets really busy at certain moments but since i cant call it anarchy since that sounds kind of negative i will call it re-listen value. anyway... tell me what you think and enjoy.

Such simple, mellow beginnings. Then at 0:09 ... POW! Tempo boost, and the drums kick it all into high gear. The odd phrase lengths become really apparent here. Five measure phrases! This really adds to the complexity of the piece and, I think, gives it a lot of forward momentum. It can be a little jarring at times, but in a good way, a way that fits the piece's character as a whole, if that makes sense.
Complex, rapid-fire melodies keep it interesting all the way to 0:29, where the drums drop away for a brief, seven-second jam on that main keyboard-like instrument. Then at 0:36, back to the drums, this time with a nice, mid-range fat lead sound slipped into the mix. Nice cut at 0:42.
Things get fast and steady for a while after that, giving you a nice chance to soak in the overall sound as it has been established. Then a full phrase breakdown at 0:57, with a drum roll leading into a nice, phat, steady bass wobble that really ramps up the complexity and "rawr" factor of the sound. This gatling mix carries on for a double-phrase (to 1:18).
In honesty, at this point I felt like the chirpy, sweet timbre of the lead keyboard instrument was really contending with the meaty, beastly bass wobble. Like each one was trying to tug the feel of the song in a different direction. Like one of them had to go, and I liked the newcomer too much to let it go. I think swapping out the sugar-sweet keyboard for something with a little more bite, something that complimented the newly added wubs, would have made a big difference here.
At 1:18, we break it all down and pay homage to our original mellow starting point. You're thinking this is the outro, but no! Drum roll at 1:34, and then ... keyboard vs. bass, round two! Two more phrases of wild and crazy electric oscillation. Then everything cuts away at 1:49, a lingering cymbal crash as the wubs quickly fade into the distance for a nice, crisp finish.
Overall impression: Very nice, though somewhat schizophrenic at times. Fun and exciting! This song does a lot of interesting things in places that I really enjoy, like some of the solos and cut-aways, and it never ceases to let go of my interest all the way through, like I have no idea what it's going to do next. Very cool.
