They also take nematocysts from their favourite food—the Portugese man o' war (known where I'm from as the bluebottle)—and recycle them with higher potency. It's this reason why the blue sea slug is one of my favourite animals.

it's nice to hear that someone has a reason beyond "I like how it looks" for why it's a favorite animal.
