Leviathan Wolf

I drew this a while back. I think I wanted it to be a tattoo? Well, needless to say, this sucker would hurt like a bitch to have tattooed anywhere on your person. I think I'm content with just having it on my wall to look at. XD

You are just one damned talented S.O.W. (Son of a Wolf) aren't you? Tats aren't usually my thing - I can't imagine looking at the same art everyday for the rest of my life...but if I had to get one - it would be something like this. Totally original - and even your tat has tats? That's so meta I can't see straight!
If it's not too fanboyish, could I ask how you came up with this? I see the antler at the top, but are those moose horns out the back? And the whole sea wolf thing? I just find it completely intriguing, and very well rendered.
There are places now that will create custom temporary tattoos (www.straytats.com). If I were to ever need one for a party say, would you mind if I were to download and get this done up? Totally OK if not...that's why I ask beforehand! ;)
You can respond on PM if you don't want to on comments.
Thanks, Buck!

I'm a really, really, really, really big mythology buff - especially Nordic and Celtic - and this was just a mixture of my favorite beings from the legends. I think there's Fenris (the wolf dude, hurhur), and maybe he's Skoll, too, somewhat because of the sun on his arm; there's Jormungandr (the leviathan/serpent tail), and also Cernunos (the antlers). That was pretty much it, haha. Nothing to in-depth about the drawing besides my fascination with the folklore that inspired it.
I also love mythology...but I must say that I am not as familiar with Nordic/Celtic as I should be.
You are a terrific artist, Buck. I look forward to seeing more of your stuff.
