The Composer affected upon her as well. It may have made a digital copy of her just like it was supposed to do with an organic. Also, remember when the Librarian took her for a moment? It hasn't been explained yet what she did with her during that time.

For me it's the second one as well ^^. In my case, I prefer ODST's campaign over all the rest of the saga. >w<
