Vanny Sampson
Vanderbilt "Vanny" Sampson is the older brother of Rocky Sampson, and he certainly doesn't get nearly as much attention as his brash, witty younger brother. Both of the two appear first in the second story, 'Revolution of One'. Vanny is an elite agent in the First Division of the Praenavil Aeronautics and Welfare Syndicate. He works under his brother in Team Rocket, code-name: Evader.
