so one i wanted to redo my commission price page...admins (FA) changed the last one to mature and i want my commissions open to everyone.

-addition of refined colored sketch to create a better middle ground price wise
and because of a slight progression in skill.
-better and more up to date representation of what you get with a ref sheet
-guidelines! easier to understand and written on this submission so i dont
