This is Guin Saga as you all know this amazing character. Anyway, this is the classic design of Guin can be found in early manga where you can see the cheetah or leopard or whatever you call part only on the head, It not apply on the neck.
This is the 3rd modify. 1st is the original final output, 2nd upgrade the color of the light and shade. 3rd which is this one I apply effect to make the color more variant and the soft glow
