[Contest Entry] Prince(ss) Banto's Outfit

I wish I could keep this design. It's beautiful. It's based off a design I found on DA which I'll link at the bottom. I made as many changes as I could, but I really wanted to stick to the style of the dress and keep some hearts. I sketched the basic shape before looking for ideas.
Thought this was a pretty good design for me. :)
