You should change the resolution/pixel size of the pick that might make it look better.

Well you can just use any paint program to do it. You just have to go to Image (in most art editors) in the menu bar then look for resize. From there your able to resize your pick to what you need it to be. Just make sure that you have something checked that reads along the lines of "maintain aspect ratio".

I know for a fact the all art editors have this feature. You just have to look for it since I use Paint.Net for all of my art editing needs.
