Only recommendation I could suggest is to buy a bodybuilder magazine and use the poses as life models and sketch from there. The pecs are a little round on the two on the right.

I'll definitely look into referencing pectoral muscles but I am afraid that most body builder magazines tend to have waaaaay beefier models then I'd ever be able to draw or want to just aesthetically speaking. Though there are tons of models online to look at too, thanks for the suggestion and will look into it. :)
