some of yall probably know more about dreams and psychological than me... so if you think this repetitive dream means anything, tell me... please

So it started, I was dating someone, I couldn't see their face... All I knew was it was a guy, a furry and I loved him... We where out for a walk, we whete supposed to be in a location I knew well, but looked nothing like the real place... The dream kinda went blank for a few seconds... When it came back, he was hit by a car and blacking out... I had no way to call the ambulance, but I knew I was near the hospital so I careful picked him up and started to run towards the hospital, crying... I realized his hed was bouncing around because he was unconscious... I loved him so much, I didn't want to risk hurting him, so I slowed to a near stop... He was probably my size, I can carry my weight... but I could only do that for someone really special... I have had this dream 2 times this week and 5 times in the past few months... I don't know why... but it seems important to my brain for some reason or another...
It might help if you could tell us about anything that has been happening irl during that time. You don't have to name names or anything, just give us a general idea of what happened.
