yup this is.. I have all the story in my mind, there is:
The carry him to the laboratory, after 2 years, they decided to start with the experiment (mix human and animal genes) but that experiment actually fails (well, that is what the scientists think) on the next day they electrocuted him. But the electricity reacts with the previous experiment and save his life (earning the power of electricity) then the scientists throw him in the waste, and he escapes.
Later, he becomes human (naked xD) and faints forward a oldwoman's house :3 (she took him)
