A bit of personal opinion, if you don't mind:
His smile looks... awkward, for the lack of a better word. Probably due to the fact that it seems to be reaching up a lot higher on one side compared to the other.

His hair (Maybe his antlers as well, kinda hard to see) also seems to be off-center, though this is on the assumption that the middle of his hair is supposed to match the center of his face.

Love the underwear. Maybe I'll should find that brand for a Teachers Day gift X3

Hey! looks good. I hear what Jakkor's saying, but I think with this particular sketch, coloring it would fix the 'problems'. Then again, I have no artistic ability whatsoever, so chances are, I don't know what I'm talking about.
