It's really cute and the eyes show off her determination yet softness.
The only thing I'd be able to critique on would be that I think her left ear is a bit too forward.
For anypony who felt sorry for FS in that episode, she went from .5 wingpower to.... what was it, like 2.7? Anyway, she made a 460% increase in wing power. Go Fluttershy!!!! (Pinkie still bestest though)
