Set (Seth, Sutekh) is a Typhonian Beast. Or at least that's the scholarly term for it.

People are still arguing over just what the Typhonian Beast is meant to be, with guesses ranging from some sort of greyhound-like dog to an anteater, or maybe even just an imaginary animal (gods had real animal heads, demons were completely imaginary, so it follows that a god of evil would be an imaginary animal).
