All kinds of amazing <3 . One of my favourite pokemon, so well draw, and so quick, amazing!

Poor Dewgong is underappreciated in the artistic world, isn't it? There really hasn't been a whole lot of artwork featuring Dewgong (or Seel for that matter) that I know of.

However, I do have to say that this picture is very well done and it makes this particular Dewgong look huggable (not that the ones from the actual anime aren't though).
