This dragon wanted to show how sorry he was to his boss for being a lazy fool and refusing to work for him.
And now his boss is still disappointed in him, For inflating himself like a LARGE fool.
Now the dragon regrets doing it and wants his boss to stop the tank.

So he just goes with it, calling himself a "Fool".
