Bee girls [old art]
Title can't be empty.
Title can't be empty.
Two honeybee characters, a worker bee drawn a while back and a queen just drawn quickly due to demand.
These two were born to human parents who had wished for a big family with many grandchildren, and got their wish granted by an ancient spirit of bees. Melissa was adored when born despite her obvious differences from her parents, and when Malka came along, she was encouraged to help her sister in a world where insect anthros often had a hard time. Since they reached adulthood, Melissa has helped Malka to find a number of one-night stands of various species to impregnate her, and the first generation of young workers and drones are now helping to care for the subsequent children, including the babies.
Malka may be much larger than Melissa, but she's still the "little" sister. She stays at home most of the time, but goes out at least once a week to seek new sex partners to contribute to the growth of their hive. She's very loving and caring, but prone to getting angry that she can't get around as easily as Melissa. Fortunately for her mobility, her pregnancies only last a couple days before she lays eggs which hatch within a couple weeks. Unlike a non-anthro bee queen, Malka is a very caring mother and rears her babies together with her older children and human mother. Due to her hybrid nature, Malka does have mammalian qualities like breasts, and nurses her babies normally in addition to feeding them honey and pollen (as well as a bit of royal jelly for baby workers).
Melissa, in contrast, is a diligent worker who maintains a rich greenhouse of giant flowers. As a worker bee, she has a sting instead of sex organs, and her breasts are actually just carefully groomed chest fluff. She is more "beelike" physically than Malka, producing honey and royal jelly, and it is through her work-- as well as that of her oldest nieces --that the hive is supported. Melissa envies Malka's ability to have sex, and is frequently frustrated by her body's inability to act out what her mind desires. She secretly dreams of finding a plant anthro with nice flowers she can "pollinate" on a regular basis. She has trimmed her sting down to a smooth little tail-like nub, and prefers to defend her family with a unique blend of martial arts she has been developing to take advantage of her multiple limbs and ability to fly.
Their hive is a cross between a normal suburban home and a typical beehive, with a sprawling bedroom in which Malka has guests and friends- including potential mates -visit her in a space where she can comfortably move around without bumping into the ceiling.
