This is the first publishing of Tobias I've ever done, lol. But here's another character for my Affinifur universe!
Tobias is Retsis' best friend and in this piece (when Retsis is about 14 or 15) they're training together and she's obviously top student but Tobias is pretty close in ranking to her - he slips between 2nd and 3rd seat.

He also gets along really well with Omorphia and helps her get into trouble from time to time. This time is pranking Retsis >:3c
