March of the Stones Memorial
The March of the Stones was a protest movement spawned from the many mismanagements and immoral or downright illegal acts of the Peronist government of the time, the most significant one being the systematic stealing of vaccines by members of the party (that was after the march).
The idea for the March was to bring a stone with the name of someone that was lost to COVID written on it. The Stones were all placed below the statue of Manuel Belgrano in front of the Casa Rosada.
These stones are some of those. Tere is probably short for Teresa.
