Segestria florentina, tube spider. These guys live in holes in your wall outside, my guess is this guy was evicted by leaf cutter bees. We have a lot around here because they love using wisteria leaves and the evidence of them taking from our bush is over whelming. Not sure if it's the same in America but you should check your walls at night with a torch, their jaws shine with a green iridescence.
