Chapter One: The First Strike

A white glow appeared over the desert, a spinning vortex. And out of it a shadowy figure stepped out, its shark body glowing as sparks flew off it. And it smiled its eyes glowing and both of them stepping out.

“We have arrived." And the shark stepped out looking at the city ahead.

It started thousands of years ago or a hundred years ago, depending on how you look at it.  Two races firing for control of the universes.  The Kagens and the Riftwalkers fighting over control for multiple, of thousands and thousands of universes, each with its own dimensions and citizens. While the war might have massive, it had been kept down to tiny skirmishes and tiny deals.

Wars lasted for days, years or lifetimes but so many died and so many were destroyed during those days that it wouldn't have mattered how long the war had really lasted. End an end, the dimensions and planets they fought on were all eventually destroyed in the end. Soldiers fighting on both sides knew that they were more likely to fall on the battlefield then returning home.

Yet there was one universe where everything exploded at once. And yet so peace somehow existed with in this universe, where the entire universe could have collapsed if someone dropped a pin. But still in this universe everything would explode eventually.

Still this universe was like all the other universes, except for one thing it was the first front.  In it was the border between the Kagen's territory and the Riftwalker's territory, and for most of the Mutli-verse's time it was neutral territory, no one had a claim on it and no one was stupid enough to attempt to take it.

And for them there is always a second change, despite Kagens and Riftwalkers fighting for millions of years or only a year depending on how you look at it, they all were damned from the beginning. And all the energy in the universe wouldn't have saved them. And on one stormy night in which this started it could be said this was the difference that was made.

Carson City was a nice city, when most of Las Vegas was shut down due to “sanitary" concerns; the industry did what it normally did and shifted. Due to is similar conditions, access to electricity and a natural resource, Carson City already having an established casino and an Interstate connection was the perfect replacement for the old Casinos of Las Vegas. Quickly an industry was made and Carson City exploded with business.

With business comes crime and in the olden days, Carson City was already and established Supervillain hide out, what was the over stressed, over worked and possibly corrupt government of Carson City to do, and as asked in many genius moments before, why not hire a third party federal agency.

And thus the Outsiders from the now defunct Las Vegas section; moved up to Carson City and established their base, working to shut down crime and protect the citizens and hopefully preventing further “sanitary" problems.

The city was nice, with all those tax incentives that the state sent them in, creating order in the city and making sure that sanitary problems didn't show up as well as making sure the Outsiders and the Military base were appropriately funded, it might have helped with that quid pro quo between the mayor and a senator.

An appropriate interstate was built, connecting Primm to Carson City meaning they could funnel some of the south California crowd that once fueled Las Vegas, but not enough to bring the filth. Carson City stood amazingly strong for fifty years and now it was reaching the peak of its life.

The city stood proud and brave even as traffic and people to the city started to slowly waddle down. And in that the Supervillians started to take more of a head, sometimes people would come to the city to see the amazing fight, either the brave hearted or he death seeking would visit. Battles between the multiple fractions, the Military, the Outsiders, the Gangs and the Supervillians all inserting themselves for one reason or another but the battles were magnificent.

Today the city lives in the twilight of its existence as Outsiders and the game attempts to balance between the forces of good and evil. And now a new threat was dawning on the setting city. And then now the city will face hardships but find adventure, friendship and collective work.

And thus the Outsiders started. Inside garage the base stood, all of it containing that tax incentive money and a massive perception filter standing around the building. Inside the Outsiders collected and worked to make sure that the city was safe and everything was working to their advantage. Inside was equipment that they used and training rooms that seemed to be bigger on the inside and of course everyone's favorite, massive super computers.

And inside one of the training rooms, coated with metal and seemingly electrically conducting we meet the hero. His body spared as he touched the wall and electricity was funneled off the wall and into his body. Another shark stood on the wall, seemingly defying gravity's power.

The shark standing normally on the ground had his hands stretched out and in between his hands a spoon was floating. He was focused and the air between his hands was refracting as he focused on floating the spoon, his eyes were intense, he was on fire.

“How long you going to float your spoon for, Finn?" The shark that floated on the wall said as he took a step and with that, a noise shot out from his metal boot hitting the metallic wall. Finn was snapped out of his mental concentration and with that the spoon fell on the floor.

“Well now then Isaac that wasn't very nice was it? But very interesting" Finn asked as he looked down at the spoon on the ground losing the last bit of its magnetism. Finn started glaring at the second shark as the gravity shark walked circles around him, easily traversing on the wall and doing a circle on it. Finn picked the spoon back up and threw it up in the air, putting his hand out he activated his powers.

A bio-electrical current formed in his hands and it pulsed, with that a magnetic field formed and shot out, capturing the spoon and keeping it suspended above him as he looked up at it. He was trying to train himself, extend his powers to a new reach and do something new.

“Well aren't you just being so sassy, I can feel that sassiness from here and I'm on the roof!" Isaac said as he stepped off the wall and went completely upside down, standing without any influence of gravity in the way. His black jacket and black hair tried to resume their normal path at accelerating downward but the shark kept himself firmly in place.

“Yeah and I can feel your asshole-ishness…" Finn said closing his eyes for a second and wondering if that was even a word. “all the way over from here." Finn stopped at the point the joke was over.  He looked over to Isaac and he lost his focus, once again losing the spoon as the sound of Isaac's metal legs hit the metal roof. He grabbed the spoon and held it up.

“The trick is to concentrate my powers and then extend them out." Finn said as he put his hand forward and tried to pull the spoon. Surely he could kick it into overdrive and release all his energy at once maybe pulling the spoon but then he'd  would be worn out and that would be least than pristine if there was an emergency in that day.

“There is no spoon!" Isaac suddenly said as he dropped like a bat. Finn screen as he tripped back and landed on the ground, losing his spoon as well. He put his hand up and surely gave a threatening look to Isaac; if he tried maybe he could pull his legs out from under him. “Let me give you some help there."

Isaac put his hand up, or down from Finn's perspective and suddenly the spoon raised up in the air. Finn gave him a look; all he was doing was canceling out gravity and just giving the spoon a tiny tug in the air. And then as if to show off, Finn started to float in the air.

“Hey don't lift too much mass, you might need your powers in case there are any fights or an event today, I'm already a little tuckered out." Finn said as he put his hands out and landed in a handstand or inversely from someone else's perspective, put his hands to the roof.

“What did you find something on patrol last night; I didn't get to read the files, though I'm not sure they'd be that long." Isaac said laughing as he let the gravity go, his heavy metal legs pulling his down into a flip and Finn landing on his legs.

“No, it was an interesting night; me and Michelle might have met an interesting new foe, Owlman." Finn said as he started to explain the story.

“Michelle and I." Isaac said interrupting. Finn once again shot him a glare but started the story again.

Finn started out his patrol like any other night, by getting picked with a dart on a board. As usual Michelle wouldn't take no for an answer and he was forced to join her as she walked through out the warehouse section of Carson City, Finn didn't get it what was it with supervillains and warehouses they always seemed to be hanging out in warehouses.

Either way after that they crossed the bridge that marked the transition from low-income housing and instead switched into the industry district. They walked along the sidewalk, trucks and cars passing them by flashing their heads lights as they walked out through the middle of night and depending on how long Michelle decided to have “fun" until midnight.

This night was similar to the rest, walking in between empty warehouses and checking inside, making sure no evil plans had developed with in and then moving on to the next set. Finn could only wish to speak but he found himself constantly out talked by Michelle.

“So this week General Maverick says I have to work on cleaning my weapon, he said that I've let too much dust gathered within the barrel of my PQ-22 but I think the dust is at a fairly acceptable level, for now; I did the math and it should only be at  an unacceptable level with in two weeks." Michelle said as she ducked her head into a warehouse, Finn for that second didn't say it but he was grateful she shut up for a half-second.

Finn stuck his head into the warehouse as well, scanning his flash light into the metallic construction as well. Nothing was inside this warehouse. Continuing on he passed by a locked warehouse and looked near the door nothing was going on with in it.

Finn wondered why they had to do these checks they were intrusive and annoying and took up his valuable time doing homework and socializing and “other stuff" he enjoyed doing with in the night time. These weren't even things the city mandated that they did, but Michele was so gung-ho on patrolling she made someone go along with her and do as such.

“So I still continued cleaning my weapon anyway, but this time I'm sure to make a chart showing that I cleaned it every day; I still haven't gotten to proving on how I'd do that yet, maybe I should take a picture and show the metadata along with it for every day, what do you thing? Still crazier than the bunkers in California where they did god knows what." Michelle stated, suddenly the attention shifted into Finn. He stuck his head into the warehouse, he didn't know how to respond she never asked him anything, and he kept his flash light with in the warehouse as he tried to think of a response.

A problem has been detected and Finn has been shut down to prevent damage to your Outsider.

If this is the first time you seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check for viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installed superpowers or super controllers. Check your superpowers to make sure it is properly configured and terminated. Run Supervillain/ F to check for superpower corruption and then restart your computer.

For a second Finn stood complete in place as he failed to think of a respond he turned his head and could only hope for a supervillain and then he found it. A strange liquid leaking from the ground, it was green and bubbly. Finn quickly found his escape route and quickly walked over poking with his gloves.

“Well it's not an acid, we should probably go in and make sure nothing leaking or anything." Finn said as he looked over to the lock and placed his hands on the key pad that was locking the warehouse. “Oh wait would this be breach of personal property?"

“No, were federal agents you know we're exempt from all those rules, big government, big corruption, against it up but you got to play the cards you have to your advantage." Michelle said as she nodded and Finn shocked the pad, the warehouse opened and they looked in horrified at what they saw.

“Oh Finn sorry about this, but I have to go in a fact completely unrelated to the fact that I'm bored by your story, I totally have to go judo." Isaac said as he quickly floated onto the ceiling and took his own escape route, exiting through a hatch in the ceiling. Finn looked at him.

“Dick!" Finn called, he really didn't mean it but still it was mean off Isaac to escape, then again he did do the same with Michelle.

“You would know who was, wouldn't you!" Isaac said as he escaped through the garage's roof escape and closed it leaving Finn alone with the spoon. He had the spoon in his hand again and he started to float it again. He kept it in his hands as he tried to keep it stable and keep it from falling.

And then he got bored. He was tired of exploring that facet of his powers and needed something else to do. He wasn't going to stand around shitfaced all day, he had a story to tell and he thought it was an exciting and interesting story to say the least. It wasn't long and he could only hope that people would be nice and listen to him.

Finn walked outside the door and there was Ross sitting before the massive screen of the super computer and with a controller in his hands, he was playing some sort of game. It was probably a massive miss use of government resources playing a game with computing power that some people could only hope to have but still could be worse, he could be watching less morally acceptable things

“So Ross want to hear a story?" Finn asked as he climbed on the cabinet desk and looked up at the game. Before Ross could even answer, his screen suddenly flashed into a dark light and then a millisecond later a hyper realistic demon woman screaming. Ross and his tiny dragon body froze up and metal coated his body. He was stuck in the seat and frozen.

“Hey come on Isaac not fair, Ross is fair game to tell my story." Finn said knowing that the other shark could hear him through the roof. He heard metallic gears grinding and tapping on the roof as Ross jumped down from the top and landed on the ground.

Waiting a few seconds he heard Isaac walk on the ground and leave to go into his house. He opened the what looked to be a massive garage door and simply raised it up before lowering back down as he slipped under it. It was a mutli-layered perception filter, if Isaac's neighbors looked in they would have saw a normal garage. The door and the body of the garage were modified to make it appear like it was bigger on the inside. On the inside however, there was a portal, a gate that would take you to the required room. All of the training and other science rooms, hidden within an invisible silo, were really buried underground.

There was also a perception filter that added people doing activities outside of the house, two parent figures that just happened to disappear right before you decided to walk over and say hi. It at least made Isaac appear like he wasn't a child of ORION, as once Supervillians figured the absurdly high coloration between orphaned children and the Outsiders they did some easy math.

As for them, the garage and underground silos were the base of operations for the Carson City outsiders, they did their work and while it seemed like a basic base it was simply paid for with all the massive tax incentives they got.

Still there was some sort of an attraction to it, and as he walked into the adjacent parking lot and got onto his motorcycle, he wanted to feel the wind through his blond hair. Maybe that was it just like riding the motorcycle, he wanted to feel the danger or something but still it wasn't safe, maybe he liked the danger.

Driving off he walked to the north side of the town, near the original town and near the original town hall. Luckily there was nothing happening and he was able to make it a straight path to someone else's house. He parked in between the house and the next one. Walking up to the door and knocking one it he waited.

Barry answered, one of the Davidson twins. The way his eyes rolled and how he tried not to make direct contact with Finn told the shark all he still needed to know after knowing the Komodo dragon for all this time.

“Erick, your Outsider boyfriend is here." Barry yelled as he allowed Finn in the shark quickly rubbed the lizard's multicolored mohawk.

“Yeah, I would have fun exploring this family." Finn said as he walked up stairs and entered the open, decorated door that he knew belonged to the younger brother. Walking in Erick was sitting in his white chair, next to his white bed and in his white room. Seemingly the younger brother got the lighter color plate while the older got the darker. As such his hair was dyed a very dirty blond and he wore a white collared shirt with a blue vest.

“So you've have fun with us, well then sit down on the bed and we'll have all the fun you want." Erick said as he swiveled over and allowed Finn to sit down. The shark uncomfortably laughed as he sat down and knew that the komodo was searching through his mind and seeing what he was talking about.

“Interesting story, tell me about it." Erick said as he caught himself up. “And these villains are they a new threat?"

Finn and Michelle walked into the warehouse and looked at the source of the liquid; it was coming from a large tank. One on each side of what would be a massive stage; two wires came off each and then lead into a man's body. He was standing there his body seemingly half formed.

He had blood in his wounds and his body was glowing as it took the green fluid and healed himself. He had metal over his down and owl shaped metal cowl, even as his body moved the metal seemed to expand and condense as he moved. He had metallic feathers running down his arms and they were shaped into wings.

“Sir you are under arrest for conspiracy of transformation if you may disconnect from that machine and come with us." Michelle said as she raised her outsider badge. For that patrol Finn forgot he had one, on the inside of his white and blue jacket.

“Michelle I don't think he can hear us, I wonder if we should disconnect him from that machine. What is that machine, maybe some sort of extractor or condenser, an infuser" Finn said as he walked up to the stage and put his hand on the metal machine's exterior. And then he did what he always did went he meets something knew, and he shocked it.

Firing a little bolt of electricity, he waited to see when it bounced back onto his hand but strangely he felt nothing. It absorbed all his electricity, putting his hand on the floor he didn't feel his shock in the ground and it was strange. Backing up he looked at the machine.

“It's like looking at an optical trick and I can't tell what it is, whatever this metal is it can absorb electricity and it's strange, I just can't put my hand on it." Finn said as he backed up towards Michelle's location. She rolled her eyes at her and approached the man.

Suddenly he appeared heal, any gashes or holes in his metallic armor disappeared and his eye holes lit up. She stood back and put her hands up, two guns formed in her hands and she pointed them at the strange owl shaped man. Finn tilted his head and looked at the man; he looked more like a wolf with his strange muzzle and grey-whitish fur.

“Oh wait I can hear you perfectly, and look at this little…" The man said just as he was about to let the sound of an “N" escape his lips. Michelle shot him; the bullet bounced off his armor and seemingly did no damage to him. Finn looked at Michelle and she was just hanging on to her cool composure.

“I'm sorry sir, but you don't call anyone that word; now I'm going to ask you to come with me so we can stop these here experiments." Michelle said as he she took a few breaths in and out and regained her cool. She breathed in and closed her eyes for half a second. In that fraction of a second the man seemingly traveled forward and knocked her back.

The human stood up and did a backflip as she put her hands forward and formed a large gun. It stood forward in Michelle's hand and she seemed to be having trouble holding the large barrel up towards the Owlman. She smiled as she showed off her massive barrel.

“Well then take a look at this, we call this a ATQ-55, but what you need to know is that they use these babies on tanks. Let's see how you hold up." Michelle said as she fired the weapon with great strain on her body. The massive caliber weapon flew towards Owlman and hitting him the explosion knocked him back into the stage. Green liquid flew out of his body as he landed.

“Sorry Finn, but our parents our home; we're going to the store and they'd probably get very angry if they found a sexy shark like you sitting on his bed without their permission, and yet they don't know about the Outsiders. I am somethings astonished on how you guys fool the untrickable." Barry said as he inserted himself into the room and pointed towards the window.

“Don't worry we have a perception filter on the ladder, just climb down and drive your motorcycle through the alley to the other side." Erick said as he opened the window and allowed Finn the easy way out of the house. He looked down and saw the shark's motorcycle through the window.

“Well then I can't wait for the next time I have to sneak out of this window, maybe next time it can be after dark." Finn said as he winked at Barry. He went over the window and looked back at Barry as he climbed down the window.

“Yeah don't be so charming." Barry said as he waved good-bye and Erick closed the window and started to play his game again. Barry walked out and went back to his black coated room and continued on; just continued knowing he'd be able to trick his parents unless his parents, unless they had some sort of crazy sensing machine.

Finn quickly landed on the ground and pulled his motorcycle along the wall until he got to the other end of the alleyway. Looking out he got on it and started it driving off. Now he wanted to see who would be the one to listen fully to his story and figure out who this new threat was.

And then he turned his bike around speeding past Barry and Erick's house again as he traveled past the interstate and towards the south side of town. Stopping somewhere in the mid-point of the city, where stopping at an apartment complex he parked his motorcycle and exited.

Opening up the door with the card he was given and going up the stairs he looked into the apartments and got to the sixth floor of the complex. Knocking on the door, Finn waited a few seconds as instead someone else opened the door. A shark opened the door, it was Tidus.

“Ah Finn you're here too, maybe you can help me explain to Tidus why we put our lives in danger every day; because I am having as many problems as you would think on that." Iren said as she sat down on the couch. Finn froze up for a second, this was a coming out. Well an Outsider's coming out; everyone already knew how gay he was already.

“Well we have to protect the people of this city, because we're given your tax money and there are a lot of threats that could danger you and stuff." Finn said as he looked at Iren who looked less then satisfied with what he had said. Turning towards Tidus, he saw the shark's look of confusion.

“Remember when Earthslurm attacked the city, who saved the city?" Iren said as she took Tidus's attention and tried to explain their job better than the poor job that Finn was doing with it.

“Well you guys; did but why would you endanger yourself like that. Couldn't you be killed or tortured or tortured to death." Tidus said, Finn liked Tidus's strange way of thinking. He was a younger shark, maybe 15 or so but he still had the mindset of younger child.

“All perks of the jobs, me and Iren we love this city, we grew up in this city and we want to protect this city, just like last night in fact; there was this enemy I think Iren would be interested in hearing about." Finn said as he decided to take down two birds with one stone in this case.

Owlman hit the stage with force as he was knocked back from the massive caliber weapon hitting his body.  Even as massive chunks of his metal armor and body were knocked off he still had a shit smirk on his face. Michelle started to recover as she looked to see what Owlman would do next.

Grabbing the green wires, he allowed the liquid to flow on his body as Finn looked at Michelle in disbelief at what he was seeing. Electricity sparked from his wounds as the green liquid covered him and seemingly metal grew back from absolutely nothing. Michelle could only give him a shoulder shrug.

Owlman jumped forward and looked at Michelle as he tried to throw himself at the human. Before he could knock her down, Michelle put her hands forward and held him still as kicked her foot up and knocked him back. He looked insulted as he walked backwards, but he was open to an attack now.

Finn jumped forward at Owlman and did a spin attack, his hands glowing and bioelectricity spinning around his body as he slammed himself into Owlman. Owlman stood back as he saw Finn with his electrical powers. The way his eyes looked and the way his hair was styled, it would make so much sense.

“Let's see how you like this one Outsider!" Owlman threw his arms up into a cross and flung metallic feathers from his wings. Finn looked at them and threw his hands forward. A massive wave of magnetism was fired, Finn knocked himself towards the wall and the feathers were sent back towards Owlman as he quickly dodged his own ammunition.

Putting his hand forward Finn tried to summon more of his electrical power but found himself incapable to do so. He stayed against the wall and tried to see if he could absorb some static electricity. Michelle smiled and formed a different weapon, an automatic weapon in her hands.

“Now then sir, if you may come with us then maybe we might be able to work out a deal and maybe get you five to ten years instead of a life time for attacking a federal agent." Michelle said as she reached into his pockets and pulled out her secret weapon.

“Yeah I'm not sure that is much of a threat, you see I kind of have this ability to cut through metal and can fly." Owlman said as he put out his arms and started to flap. To both Michelle and Finn's surprise the seemingly two-bit criminal took off from the ground as he propelled himself into the air.

“Now then dears time to go, but come on I raised you better than that. Now then this is the beginning of the end for all you, and trust me you will once again see the wrath of Owlman!" The supervillain said as he propelled himself upwards and with that threw himself through the roof.

“Ok, let's get up and get a sample of this goo Finn managed to stand up only wobbling a bit as he carefully walked over to Michelle. Reaching into his cargo short's pocket he pulled out a tiny vile and without touching the green liquid shoveled some of it into the vial.

“I can't believe he escaped, no one escapes from us. We're going to find him and we're going to get him and stop whatever plan he has." Michelle said as she turned around and walked out of the warehouse. Finn followed, and looking into the sky he could see no trace of the supervillain.

“I can't believe we guessed his name right." Finn said as he looked out in the sky, that would probably earn him a slap from Michelle.

“Well that is worrying, but I think what Finn is trying to say is that someone has to protect this city and if we don't people like this Owlman would easily take over and do whatever his gimmick is." Iren said as she in her kind and caring voice tried to best explain what she thought the Outsiders were to the young shark.

“Well that does make sense; I guess that I can accept that answer. Here let me get you a drink, it's the best I can do." Tidus said as he walked over to the counter and opened the refrigerator. Iren smiled at Finn who smiled back.

“See look at that, isn't he just a little gentleshark." Iren said inflating Tidus's ego as she gave Finn a glare and made sure he would join in as well. Tidus smiled as he walked over and handed them drinks. Finn drank it, hiding his feelings of worry that something horrible would happen because of Owlman.

Still that was how it went, Supervillians appeared and Supervillains disappeared it was just the natural flow of the city. So he decided to enjoy the time with his friends because he knew that while he protected the city, all of that might end one day and they might be taken away. So he raised his drink to freedom and liberty of all people.

And on that stormy night sixteen or fifteen years ago, a single burst of light splat out from the universe during that dark and stormy night, a glowing vortex of white and gold shining out in the desert, surely anyone with a good eye and a go-get-em attitude could have went and explored it. Sadly no one like that came instead the only hope for the universe was with in this wolf.

The darkness obscured his skin but as he walked towards the portal, climbing over dunes in the radioactive desert. He looked at the portal and knew that it was something important, maybe it was his lucky day. Maybe it wasn't who knew. He climbed through the sand and looked at the child.

It was a tiny baby warped in a blanket, holding a red raddle, looking at it the wolf wondered why a baby would have been in a portal. Looking up at it, he couldn't see through it but there was yelling and chaos on the other side. He wondered maybe this child was from the future, and maybe there his plan had succeeded, if it did maybe then he could cheat a bit with help from time.

Looking at the child, he grabbed a device from his hand, dusting the sand off the child as all the chaos happened on the other side. He picked the child's finger and his machine shot up in celebration as it glowed. This was child was the first; he was the source from the well. Surely the wolf's future self would have sent back the child as the gift he needed to advance the future.

But then the portal started to shift again, this wasn't his future self-coming through he could feel the power from this person and knew they would surely be angry if he kidnapped the child, possibly come after him and destroy him. Quickly he decided that the sample with in his device was more than enough of a sample.

And with that the wolf ran off in the night with the portal behind him, he needed to keep the blood sample he had alright before anyone with a right mind decided to destroy it. He held it carefully in his hand, sample it had to be off at least planned Generation Two technology and if he could reverse engineer this then he maybe could start with Generation Zero.

He found his car and looked off at the city in front of him. The wolf wasted no time getting in to his car and placing the blood sample in a clean and preserving insulated lunch bag. If he could hurry up the sample might survive and surely then he would be able to survive.

And driving off towards Carson City he laughed knowing that his plan had been completed. He would be the Owl of the night that the city, no the world needed to continue on. He would change the world and it would appear to be no one to thank but him.

But behind him, over a dune and a few hundred yards of desert the portal closed and a dragon stepped out spreading his wings. He reached down and took a breath as he looked behind him and saw that the portal was closed, they couldn't follow after him, and he knew he didn't want to deal with that horrid mother again.

He looked at the shark baby in his hand, maybe it was a little extreme, maybe it was out of bounds but he needed this child to survive, if anyone could change the future it would be him. Taking a breath he looked at the child and placed him back in the carriage that he had, maybe he could remake the carriage and sell it, maybe completing a loop in time.

But he pushed that off, he was here to change time not to make it loop around again. The child in his arms was the most important child in all the history of children to exist in the history of children. He would train him and he would make sure that his electrical powers were harnessed and trained properly.

“Well won't you just make the finest little Riftwalker destroyer." The dragon said smiling as he walked off towards the city. The shark sparked and the dragon stood back as he looked at the city, all he would have to do is stay back for a few years and then reappear.
