[Vent] How are you?

When people ask you how you are its only too common to put up a facade

"Im good" "Im fine" "Im ok"

Things we say all too often when you dont want to talk about your underlying feelings, maybe because you feel like too much of a bother to someone or you dont want to put your burdens onto someone else.

Just remember, If you have good friends they will always be willing to listen and try and help out if they can.
