Drew this after having watched the Camp Pikachu short on Youtube. For some odd reason, I get this Laurel and Hardy-style of comedy from these two during the shorts. Like, they literally make Team Rocket's Pokemon comic relief every short or any episode that they're focused on. So I decided to give them a Vaudville style of clothing mainly because I thought the idea was funny. lol
