An unintended bride(s) for Ith the dragon Chapter 1

It's sacrifice day just a few days after Aluthna's  and her twins 16th birthday. Aluthna sits at the table having breakfast with her family till the town clock chimes 12 then  Caitlyn and Aluthna make their way to the town square after kissing their parents and telling them good bye.

" What do you think happens once you get up there Aluthna?"

" I'm not sure as far as we know no one returns....."

They reach the town with the rest of the girls and wait for the elder to draw a name. Aluthna clasp her sisters hand and bite her lip.

" Here we are once again for our yearly sacrifice. The young girl chosen will climb up the steps to my right....remember to be chosen is a great honor to your village and your family and with that it is time for me to draw the lucky girl." He reaches into this big bowl and swirls his hand around drawing out a single piece of paper. Aluthna's  breath catches in her chest as she watches him open the paper, taking a look at her sister. " Aluthna...please make your way on up the stairway"  Aluthna gasp and hugs her sister " Tell mom and dad I love them and will see you all again soon....I hope." She says before letting go  and slowly making her way up the steps looking back once as she starts to climb up the mountain to her future whatever it may be. Some hours later she makes it up to a cave and stops catching her breath and looking around. She walks deeper into the cave biting her lip jumping at any slight sound she hears.

Sound asleep is a Great Dragon male called Ith, he sleeps on a jewel encrusted bed he commissioned one of the local artisans to make for him, he wakes up smelling something different in his cave, 'is it really that time of year again' he says to himself as he yawns, 'time to go meet my guest for the next three months' getting up he walks to the entrance of the cave only to spot one of the daughters of the artisan that made his bed, "greetings little one, you may not remember me but i met you ten years ago," that is when the choosing of young maidens started, to sate the evil dragon now living in the cave system above the town, only this dragon sends the girls back after a few months because he teaches them about dragon kind and is also looking for one he can bind his soul to, his mother was a dragon but his father according to his mother was human he was hoping to not only find his father but a wife as well, seeing as he chose the village his mom told him she met his father nineteen winters ago.

Aluthna looks up at you,looking you over saying. " My,my I do remember but you were smaller then...certainly not now "  She bites my lip " So what is it I will be doing here? Clearly you are not going to eat me."

He chuckles before using a spell his mother taught him, "i haven't eaten anyone because i am part human" he transforms into his humanoid form, "besides, i don't want my father finding out that his son is a cannibal"

" Yeah that wouldn't go over so well, when you do see him." She walks around the cave. " But yet you still haven't answered my question....What is it I'll be doing here?"

he smiles "for starters, i will be teaching you about dragons and how our social structure runs, my mom taught my dad before they mated and dad ran off, his name was or is Cain, i have been looking for him since my mom passed away leaving me with her hoard of gold from all of the paladins that came to slay her"

" Cain.......sounds familiar but not sure from where....my father might know him maybe he knows everyone." She smiles back and yawns softly tired from the events of today.

Ith smiles, "would you like to take a nap Aluthna, as i have a few things i need to pick up and i would like to invite for family to come for dinner" he walks into the very back of the cave to get dressed since he wasnt wearing anything, "is there anything you need from town while i am there," he asks while he gets ready to head out

" Cloths would be nice unless you want me to go naked next 3 months....and take a nap where .....which reminds me where will I be sleeping while I'm here?"

Ith laughs "i guess i should show you where you will be sleeping, Come in to the back there is a little log house back here for the young girls they send me every year, i built it to give them some privacy and a sense of home"

She smiles looking around " it's lovely, thank you , guess you aren't a mean old dragon after all!"

Ith chuckles, "who are you calling old i am only a few years older than you and i shall pick up your cloths from your parents house if you like"

" Yes please that would be great "  She yawns again

Ith smiles as he leaves with a few bags "i shall be back in a few hours Aluthna, have a nice nap"

Aluthna watches him go then walks in the cabin to find the bed and crawls into it taking a nap.

On the way to Aluthna's parents house he stops and orders his normal amount of ungrounded meat and twenty pounds of ground meat for some burgers also a cart for everything he gets while in town.

Aluthna awakes sometime later and takes a walk around the cave looking around at all the jewels, waiting for Ith to return.

Ith smiles as he and his guests arrive back at the cave just as the sun was setting "Aluthna, I am back and i brought your family with me as your parents want me to take your sister as well, but i wanted your in put on this" he calls

to her not knowing where she is in his cave complex

Aluthna comes out and smiles hugging her family looking at her sister.... " Well if its what my

parents want I really have no say do I? So yeah its fine she's here."

Ith smiles "it does go against what the village set up for rules, but if someone wants to learn from me i am not going to say no"

Aluthna rolls her eyes and walks off mumbling to herself as she slams the cabin door.

Ith chuckles and shows your parents and sister around, "i am normally a lot larger then i am now but when i need to go into town i use some magic to make myself look like a human"

Aluthna cleans the cabin up making sure it's to her sisters standards.

Ith shows Aluthna's parents and sister around his home stopping at the cabin “.....lastly i built this years ago for the 'sacrifices' god i hate that term, to live in while they are here, actually one of the elders asked me to build it when the came here"

Aluthna walks out of it “ it's all ready for you...sister" she says.

Ith chuckles as he walks over to Aluthna and gives her a light hug “lighten up, Aluthna there is still plenty of time to clean and learn what i have to teach, plus with the three of us i can finally get this place organized"

“ I didn't want three of us though “  thinks to herself. “ yeah I suppose you're right." Aluthna mumbles to you instead.

Ith smiles and whispers to Aluthna “i can teach more than one as a few years back i had seven girls living here between the ages of seven to seventeen trust me when i say that was quite enjoyable"

“So not what I meant i was meaning more along the lines of being by myself for a change “ Aluthna whispers back then looks surprise after realizing you read her thoughts.

Ith motions to the very back of the cave where he sleeps “there is another one behind where i sleep because i built more than just the one"

“ I guess I could live with that. “ Aluthna whispers out as she looks up at her family.

Ith nods as he turns to Caitlyn and their parents “any way while you explore i am going to get supper ready for all of us," he walks into his giant feral dragon sized kitchen to cook five of the steaks he got.

“ Looks like we can't be apart even a few hours I see “ Aluthna says once she catches back up with her family.

Ith seasons the steaks with salt and pepper along with a few other spices before transforming into his true form.

“ Of course where you go I go “ Says Caitlyn “ Besides you'd miss me too much you know that “

Aluthna just smiles thinking “ sure I would" to herself. “ Tho some day we will be apart dear sister." Aluthna says before walking off to go look around some more.

Ith lights the massive fire pit in the kitchen with his fire breath before letting the grill heat up and scraping it clean from the last whole animal he had cooked on it, “how do you all like your steaks cooked" he calls out as he places the steaks on the grill.

“ Medium rare." The whole family yells.

Ith laughs and cooks his to blue rare and the rest to a medium rare before taking them off the grill and roasting some corn for the humans on the same grill, “i hope you dont mind the portion differences he says as he walks out with the steaks on a platter held in his mouth.

Aluthna eyes the plates up as her stomach growls. “ ehhh food is food we eat whatever gets put on our plates." She says.

Ith chuckles around the plate and as he walks over to the little stone table he had carved for his first student 100 years ago, “there should be some chairs in one of the piles of gold and crap in here"

Aluthna and Caitlyn go off hunting for chairs and they come back with one for everybody.

Ith stays in his dragon form as his steak can only be eaten in the form, “i knew there were chairs where were they you two"

“ I found mine underneath a gold pile" Says Aluthna

“ and mine were lying about “ Caitlyn says beaming

Ith laughs, “this is why i need a few women around here to help me organize as there is only so much i can do by myself since i also have my mother's hoard in here plus mine" he smiles at the two girls that will be stay with him

Aluthna smiles softly back as Caitlyn just beems looking Ith over.

Ith chuckles as he spears the large steak with the claws “please eat there is cutlery in the center pocket of the table" he uses his tail to open the hidden compartment revealing 14 complete sets of gold and silver cutlery

The whole family reaches in and begins eating. Once done both Caitlyn and Aluthna start collecting plates.

“ Where is the kitchen so that we may wash these Ith?" Aluthna ask quietly.

Ith sets the cover down and point to a small hole inthe bottom of the cutlery basin “it took me three months to carve some basic plumbing into the table and into the floor the water is in the small pool in the middle of the room"

The girls get to work cleaning everything from dinner. Caitlyn chats away as Aluthna works away quietly.

Ith walks over to a massive fire pit and stacks some half trees in a teepee before lighting them with his fire breath “it gets a little cold up here at night so i ask the local lumberjacks to bring me some fire wood"

Once done the family gathers by the fire. Aluthna sits off to the side lost in thought with her arms wrapped around her knees shivering slightly.

Ith lays down near Aluthna and pulls her closer with his tail “penny for your thoughts Aluthna"

She leans into him “ As if you can't read them already “ she smiles slightly, “ I'm just wondering on how things will be from now on."

Ith suddenly morphs into his human form still wearing the suit he was earlier “that is one power i do not possess, even if i did i won't use it on a student who has stolen my heart, Aluthna, besides i am aware of some of the dislike between you and your sister, i hope to change that by gifting you both something that i have never done before"

Aluthna looks up at Ith “ Stolen….stolen your heart? And a gift ? Really ?"

Ith smiles “that is another reason why i asked your parents here as part of this requires their permission"

Aluthna's eyes light up as she is quite curious about what Ith is talking about.

Ith stands up before walking closer to the fire, “may i have your attention, there is something i wish to give Aluthna and Caitlyn a gift, one that is normally forbidden to give to mortals unless they have stolen the heart of a dragon, and both have in their own way, Caitlyn with her cat like grace and Aluthna with her dragon like beauty, the gift i offer is a third of my heart to join me as my mates if they so choose"

Caitlyn shakes her head accepting right away the gift. Aluthna on the other hand bites her lips and ponders knowing if she does accept its not something she can escape from when things get out of hand but in the end she smiles to and agreed accepting the gift. Their parents beam with enjoyment and share a knowing look with one another for Ith might have just found out what their daughters true shaman forms are without either girl really noticing.

Ith smiles as he turns to their father, “this next part is to be done by the humans father while the dragon is in a form that can harmed," he reaches to his belt to pull a scroll from it and hands it to the father, “i know you know how to read dragon runes as i taught you back when i lived in the village for a few years before i came back to these caves, please read the entire scroll," he turns back to the twins before hold out his hands to each, “this may hurt"

They each brace themselves ready for what's about to happen.

Their father takes the scroll and starts reading the ancient scroll causing his daughters and ith to glow in different colours, Caitlyn a pale yellow, Aluthna a brilliant green, and ith a bright gold, the gold started spreading to Caitlyn and Aluthna, ith smiles at the two of them, once the gold reaches the girls it starts mixing with the other two colours, ith grunts in pain but bears it for the two that stole a piece of his heart.

The girls both gasp in pain but take it cause theres nothing they can't handle now that they know what the future holds for them.

As their father finishes the scroll all three colours are intertwined showing that the spell worked and the girls now share in ith's total life span, putting the scroll down he walks over to his daughters and son in law, “congratulations you three, and ith how did you my daughter's had a true shaman form"

Ith smiles as he truns around to face his father in law “i didnt know but something drew me to them, call it true love at first sight, if you will"

While the girls father is talking to Ith the girls are hugging their mother as she tries to inform them now that their life is forever changed and what their rolls are now as wives as both Caitlyn and Aluthna listen to her.

Ith smiles as he asks their father for the girls hands in human marrage so that suitors do try and kill him for the girls. Their father looks at ith before passing out at the question, ith catches him and sits him down against a pile of gold.

The girls rush over seeing their father collapse. “ what happened  Ith? “ Aluthna asks worried

Ith hugs the girls, “he passed out when i asked for your hands in marriage so human suitors dont try and kill me for you"

Aluthna smiles big tears springing to her eyes she's so happy. Caitlyn just smiles and speaks for the both of them," well you know we'll say yes anyways Ith."

Ith chuckles, “i didnt know that but you to can go find my pile of rings and choose one each for your wedding rings and make sure to find the matching one for me" he gives each of the girls a kiss before sending them on their way to find the rings he had made years ago.

Aluthna goes off and finds sterling silver band formed into leaves that she absolutely adores and finds its match for Ith,as Caitlyn goes and finds a 14k gold ring with all these pretty jems set in it and its match and together both girl walks back to the group.

By the time the girls get back their father had woke up and consented to Ith marrying his daughters, “i never thought i would see the day both of my girls become wives, i am glad i did because it makes our family stronger, and the chance to see grandchildren is what will keep me going for years to come"

Ith smiles as he stands up to find a small sack to fill with gold, “this may not be much but i hope it helps you build a house closer to us as there is a second path through the forest with a nice clearing for a fair sized house" after filling the sack he hands it to his father in law, “and if you need more to pay for the costs just ask as i got more than enough to pay for your relocation"

Aluthna and Caitlyn both walk up and place an arm around Ith kinda in like a family hug. “ Well this day just keeps better and better doesn't it ." Aluthna says quietly.

Ith laughs as he wraps his arms around his wives, “i help my family and i will protect my family from idiots who want to harm me through them"

Caitlyns eyes light up at the thought of adventure and action." Yeah I'd like to see someone try. “

Aluthna clears her throat “ you do know our mother can marry us considering she is the towns shaman for that."

Ith smiles, “i didnt know that though we should wait until tomorrow to go down to the village to get married that way when you're down in the village the boys will leave you alone" he gives both the girls on his arms a passionate kiss, “unless you dont want to wait"

Aluthna yawns after she kisses you. “ I don't know about the two of you but I can so go to bed right now."

Ith smiles as his in laws go to one of the other cabins to sleep in for the night while he shows the girls to a cave that he has never showed anyone, “the cave we are heading to is were i have built my own cabin when i found a mate or two" the cave itself had no ceiling to it and had grass and an apple tree sapling and a vegetable garden next to the clearly custom built by hand cabin, i built it myself over several years after writing an enchantment around the ceiling to make sure only rain can get into the cave,"

“ I hope only soft rain would suck if it actually down poured in here “ Caitlyn says showing her feliness.

Ith laughs that's the beauty of the enchantment i can change it whenever i want"

Caitlyns eyes get big “ you wouldn't! “ she smiles “ right? “ All the while Aluthna goes into the cottage and airs it out cleaning it some.

Ith laughs as he goes up to check the enchantment and to change it to a gentle rain “i wouldn't but it wasn't set to a gentle rain, it is now"

“ She's like a cat she hates water ." Aluthna says giggling. Caitlyn just looks up at the  ceiling.

Ith smiles as he hugs Caitlyn from behind “don't worry love if it were to be a heavy rain it would turn into a light rain on this side of the enchantment, i made sure of that"

Caitlyn smiles wrapping her arms over Iths “ Thank you “ she says and kisses his cheek.

Ith kisses her cheek before picking her up and carrying her inside, “you two can have the bed as i will be sleeping in my true form until we are wed then you two can have your way with me"

“ More like your way with us." Caitlyn gets out from between Iths arms andyawns as she crawls into the bed. Aluthna just smiles and strips down into her pj's.

Ith smiles as he walks out of cottage after stripping and hugging Aluthna and transforms back into his true form and curls up near the sapling

Caitlyn falls asleep right away as Aluthna just toss and turns finally giving up she grabs a blanket and sneaks outside wiggling herself under Iths wing and finally falling asleep there.

Ith smiles at Aluthna as she wiggles under his wing, “couldn't wait to sleep with me Aluthna?" he asks in a gentle voice

Aluthna smiles “ it just feels right plus you're warm"

Ith nuzzles her a little “that comes with being a dragon my love you will have this warmth as well when you awake your other form"

“ hmmm maybe but something tells me I'll always crave sleeping next to you “ Aluthna says between yawns as she inches closer.

Ith smiles and licks her cheek “then sleep love i will still be here in the morning" he lays his head close to her and close his eyes as he falls asleep.

Aluthna closes her eyes and drifts off to sleep listening to her dragons heart beat .

The next morning Ith was the first of the three to wake up to the smell of a home cooked breakfast, Aluthna my dear its time to get up"

She mumbles sleepy like and just rolls over pulling the blanket up . Caitlyn walks out stretching “ she's a hard one to wake up specially if she has been up most of the night like she was."

Ith grins at the challenge and snatches the blanket Aluthna brought out with her and stands up while poking her with his tail

Aluthna moan swatting at the tail and trying to reach for her blanket, not finding it she just curls into a ball. “ See told ya “ Caitlyn says giggling.

Ith pokes her again while whispering into her ear “its our wedding day love and there is bacon and eggs waiting for you"

Aluthna slowly opens her eyes and sees a smiling dragon close to her face and kisses his nose “ Oh alright tho I'm not very hungry." And with that said she gets up and stretches before heading into the cottage to get dress.

Ith changes forms to his currently naked human body and walks into the cottage to also get dressed, “Caitlyn why dont you go on ahead me and Aluthna will catch up once we are dressed"

Caitlyn looks back for a bit. “ oh go already not like we'll do anything before we are married dear sister ." Caitlyn sighs “ alright fine." And with that she goes to find her parents following her nose.

Ith smiles as he walks out havinggotten dressed in one of his best suits “Aluthna you ready"

“ ready as I'll ever be “ she says coming out in the lovely white dress that was left for her.

Ith takes her hand and heads out to the main area of his den to find everyone else waiting for them

Aluthna goes over and hugs her parents. “ well don't or family clean up well when the occasion calls for it." She giggles.

Ith laughs “yes they do and it looks like they found those in one of the many wardrobes i have scattered through the den"

“ differently won't need to buy cloths “ Caitlyn says smiling “ for like ever."

Ith chuckles as he hugs Caitlyn “you will when you awaken your shaman form or at least that's what your mom tells me"

Caitlyn tilts her head to the side curious on what Ith just said but then shrugs it off. “ Breakfast smells good, I didn't think I was hungry till I smelled it." Aluthna says making her way to the table.

Ith sits near the head of the table, after seating Aluthna and Caitlyn, “father you get the head of the table"

The girls smile looking at their father beam with pride as he takes his seat.

Ith smiles, “this may be my house but you are the elder male of our family so you get the head of the table"

Daniel sits “ while thank you Ith me and Layla couldn't be more happier."

Ith chuckles, “i may be the oldest living thing here but your experience out weights mine plus it only seemed right to let you sit at the head of the table" he waits for everyone to be seated before giving a small prayer to the dragonic gods for the food, and serving everyone equial proportions.

They all start eating what's on their plates. “ This taste amazing ." Caitlyn says shoving food in her mouth. “ what kind of meat is this, its nothing I've ever tasted." Says Aluthna

Ith smiles, “the bacon is wild boar and there is also ground venison meat balls and vegetarian sausages. I make the meat balls myself"

“ well its yummy and very filling hun ." Aluthna says pushing her plate back not able to eat another bite.

Ith smiles as he is finishes his plate and aluthna's “i hope so i made the recipe myself but never had anyone else try it"

“ well I'm glad you let us." Says Caitlyn as she finishes her plate.

Ith laughs “well i will be doing most of the cooking that way you two wont have to"  

“ you cook we clean “ Caitlyn and Aluthna both said at the same time giggling .

Daniel chuckles “you're gonna have your hands full with those to"

“ It'll give us something to do “ Caitlyn says and Aluthna nods.

Ith smiles, “that seems like a fair trade," he cleans up the dishes before heading out the the entrance “are you guys ready to go"

“ oh hell yes “ Caitlyn jumps up smiling and rushes over to Ith. Aluthna stands up and fixes her dress and walks over. “ yes we are luv."

Ith chuckles as he takes caitlyn's and aluthna's hands before starting down the mountain to the village

Each girl walks alongside Ith with their parents following them smiling and whispering to each other about what's to come and talking about they want their new house to look. “ We can probably expect Aluthna there often when she wants to escape her sister you know luv “ Says Layla to Daniel. “ well can you blame her Caitlyn can be annoying at times specially when she's excited or hyper “ he says chuckling.

Ith chuckles as he keeps his soon to be wives calm as they reach the bottom of stairs, to be greeted by the mayor who is very surprised at the return of the sacrifice.

“ good morning mayor" Caitlyn says as she walks past him “ morning “ Aluthna says softly

The mayor blinks “morning Caitlyn, Aluthna, ith, layla, and Daniel, what are you doing here"

Ith chuckles as he walks over to the mayor “we are here for a wedding, my wedding to be exact"

“ and ours" both girls say in unison

Daniel chuckles as we walks up “my daughters are marrying Ith,"

“ yes that we are..he's here to take us off the market ." Caitlyn says smiling as Aluthna rolls her eyes.

The mayor falls over as he faints, ith catches him and lays him down, “layla why dont you go get prepared for the ceremony while i tend to the mayor"

“ girls come with me let the men take care of him" she says over her shoulder Caitlyn and Aluthna follow reluctantly

Daniel gathers the rest of the village men to help prepare for the wedding while ith tends to the mayor, “this day started out well"

“ And it will end well" Daniel says once he comes back.

Ith chuckles, “is there anyone i should be careful of that likes my soon to be wives"

“ hmmmm well I know a lot of the town boys wanted either girl but I don't think they will attack or anything ." Daniel says.

Ith laughs, “just in case i have a gift for the village"

Daniel chuckles “ then I'm sure you'll have no problems at all today."

Ith stands up as the mayor starts to move “they will get to see who they are sacrificing young girls too as they still dont know that i am the dragon"

“ yeah well hopefully that goes over well , I really don't want my wedding day ruin by a death of a loved one. “ Aluthna says worried

Ith smiles at Aluthna, “me too love, me too"

The Mayor fully wakes up “what happened, while i was out"

“ You passed out mayor when you heard we were getting married “ Caitlyn says popping up out of nowhere.

Ith laughs “yes that you did, and with my soon to be wives at my side means that everything is ready?"

“ yes that it is...come on mayor time to get you in your spot “ Caitlyn says taking him by the arm.

Ith follows after making sure everyone was heading that way, “i am really znervous but i know i found my soul mates"

Aluthna walks next to Ith biting her lip. “ your nervous try being in our shoes hun."

Ith smiles and takes her hand “i would if i could love, but this is new to me as well."

“New and fast that's for sure."Aluthna thinks to herself as they walk to the  gathering.

Ith smiles at her as he lets go of her hand before walking up to the alter.

The mayor had taken his set behind the altar “alright everyone let's get this over with"

Some music starts  up and Caitlyn walks down first with a bouquet of tiger lily's then Aluthna follows shortly after with her own bouquet of snapdragons.

Ith smiles as he turns to look at his bride's “i sure am lucky to have them" he says under his breath.

Each girl blushes as she sees Iths reaction to them walking down the  aisle.

Ith steps to the middle of the platform and holds out his hands for them “you too look beautiful"

“ thank you “ they both say in unison taking your outstretched hands and joining you on either side.

Ith smiles at them before turning to their mother to start the ceremony

Both girl look at their mother then back at their soon to be husband.

Ith looks at them then their mother who has started the opening of the ceremony.

They each listen carefully like they are trying to get it all to memory so none of them will forget this moment in their life.

Even Ith was listening carefully as this was truly a once in a life experience.

We each recite our vows in turn as each girl place their rings on Iths fingers.

As the girls recite their vows to him and place rings on his ring finger, he smiles at them before reciting his vows to both of them at the same time while placing the mates to the rings on his finger on theirs.

When Layla says you may kiss your brides each girl in turn turns to you and kisses you.

Ith kisses each deeply and passionately,  after breaking the kisses, he turns to the crowd, “thank you everyone for attending, i have something that i have been meaning to show all of you for awhile now please do not freak out when you see what i truly am" he moves little away from the platform and reverts back to his dragon form “i am the dragon that you have been sending your young girls to, i did not ask you to, but thank you for allowing me to teach them the way of the dragons and how to be proper ladies while still retain their rustic charm" he bows to the crowd who are completely shocked that the man who comes down from the mountain is none other than the dragon they had feared might raze the village.

Aluthna bites her lip worried as Caitlyn looks around anxiously.

The mayor stands up and approaches Ith, “ith you have been a good member of this village you always help out when the other villagers need help or food when we have had a hard winter, you help hunt game for us to eat then you buy from us what you need, i for one dont care what you are as you will always be a member of this village" the rest of the village cheers for ith after the mayor's speech. Each girl wipes tears from their eyes happy that it ended well.

Ith smiles and shakes the mayor's hand, “for as long as i live i will always help this village and defeat those who intend to do harm to me my family and this village"

“ Now thats all said and done why don't we head to our parents house there is a nice spread for everyone to enjoy “ Caitlyn says proudly.

Ith leads the way as was customary in the village, “thank you for hosting the reception Layla and Daniel"

Each girl follows behind watching their husband and they can't help but smile.

once they reach the cottage near the edge of the village Ith transforms back into his dragon form to light all the torches as he passes them and the fire pit, “at least being a dragon is useful for times like this"

Each girl heads to their place of honor as the rest of the town comes around and gets the party going.

Ith morphs back into a human and sits between his wives as the town sits at the extra tables, “Thank you all for coming to our reception hosted by Layla and Daniel, please eat what you can as we don't want to waste the lovely food provided for us to enjoy"

Aluthna stomach growls and she blushes “ looks like I'm starving as well".

Ith takes the first bite and motions for everyone to start eating, the village starts eating as Ith savers the succulent venison that was being served.

Both Caitlyn and Aluthna eat everything that's on their plates as they sip their wine looking at all their friends and family.

ith stands up, “i would like to make a toast to Aluthna and Caitlyn for coming into my life and for awakening something that my mother told me would awaken when i found my soul mate, i found two, and i am sure she love them as much as i do, if she was still alive."

The girls smile and kiss Ith each as happy as can be.

Ith takes hold of each of their hands and leads them out to the dance floor, “shall we dance my dears?"

“ heck yeah “ says caitlyn as she shows off some moves.

Ith starts to dance rhythmically with both Aluthna and Caitlyn.

Aluthna follows along not much of a dancer but she sings along with the song as Caitlyn dances her heart out.

Ith slowly morphs back into a dragon as he dance with his wives for the first few songs.

The girls keep dancing getting lost in their own little world that only the three of them exist in.

Once the songs are over Ith chuckles “looks like i spent too much time in my human form"

“ Don't mind us one bit “ says caitlyn “ or the town for that matter" pipes in Aluthna

Ith gives a toothy grin, before going to eat some more “i forgot how hungry i get when i transform back into my dragon form"

The girls follow their husband back to the table giggling.

Ith lays down a few feet from the table before munchingon a very large portion of venison.

Aluthna eventually gets up and goes sit by Ith in her spot as she rest against him.

Ith looks down at her before kissing the top of her head, “something bothering you Aluthna?" he asks out of concern as he places a forepaw in her lap

“ just getting tired is all, it's been a very busy day love." She says yawning to emphasis her statement.

Ith smiles at her, “only say the  word and we can go home"

“ and miss all the fun...never “ She says curling up closer to Iths side

Ith chuckles lightly “the party should be wrapping up here soon as it looks like mom and dad are getting tired.

“ then if that's the case let's go and start our wedding night “ Caitlyn says as she sits down next to her sister.

Ith motions them to move so he could stand up “sorry everyone but my wives are getting tired and wish to head home, we hope you enjoy the rest of the party," he kneels down so the girls could get up onto his back.

They climb up on it with ease and hold on tight as everyone smiles and cheers the happy couple.

Ith laughs as he jumps into the air and flies to the cave system he calls home

Once there the girls hop off and yawn from the exciting day they had.

Ith walks over and curls up by the sapling, i would join you two in the cottage but i am unable to transform into a human for a few days

“ that's fine I'm sure we can find things to do to occupy our time." Caitlyn says as she walks into the cottage. “ yeah what she said “ Aluthna says softly.

Ith smiles feels a little down at not being able to be with his wives on this night

Caitlyn and Aluthna soon change out of their dresses and into pj's and shortly after Caitlyn falls asleep while Aluthna makes a pot of tea.

Ith had lit a small fire in the cave “mom, i hope you meet my wives someday, they are so much like you that it was impossible to not marry them" he says s he looks up at the stars

Aluthna comes out with her cup and sits by Ith.

Ith hums to himself as he keeps looking at the stars as they keep coming out, “i do wish you weren't killed by a templar on a holy quest mom"

Aluthna looks up listening and wondering on how his mother was and if she would have liked her and her sister.

Ith looks down at Aluthna, “sorry about that, three days from now is the day my mother was murder while she was away getting supplies"

“ awww I'm so sorry hun “ she says as she tries to hug his side

Ith smiles at her  and lowers his head, “i was five when she died, and i hate to say this but the templar who killed her tried to kill me but i killed him and i have never killed another human since then, maime yes, but i do not kill, the villagers who witnessed it help bury my mother under this sapling,"

' what ...what was she like ?" Aluthna asks softly looking down.

Ith smiles as he taps her forehead to show her his memories of his mother, who was kind and gentle, helped the people if she could, protected them from evil, they in turn protected her and her only child.

“ oh she was lovely" she says once the memories end.

Ith smiles, “that she was, both you and your sister are like her in many ways but are different in that same respect"

“True my sister reminds me more of a cat then dragon like and me well I don't know how I am. “ she says looking up at her husband

Ith smiles at her “we will find out when your other form comes to light love," he kisses her forehead before laying his head beside her.

She curls up to him yawning “ I hope you know you're never gonna stop being my pillow at night"

Ith chuckles, “i wouldn't have it any other way love, now if only my other wife would join us, then i could truly be a very haddy dragon," he says as he wraps Aluthna in his wings.

Sometime through the night Caitlyn sneaks out and crawls in next to Aluthna hugging her close

Ith curls around the two of them after waking briefly to see why he felt his wing move.

Aluthna nuzzles her sister cuddling closer.
