I think I missed a few chapters.

When she went to the doctor for an ultrasound, they found she had twins.

Uh oh that message sounds ominous.

oh right, why not say Dad?

Because Stan is Tina's adoptive father or step father (the story never actually says.) So it seems normal that as an adult, she refers to her as 'Mom' and him as 'Stan', even though we've been told that Tina is closer to him than her.

I think she's a little hungry. ~^

and she has a little snack......

Going on a honeymoon like that seems to have given her an appetite... :-D

The message sounds ominous especially after Stan may have had that talk of the truth with her mother.

Well, that and being increasingly pregnant.....
