Rocket won't let anyone pet him under normal circumstances (he doesn't like people to treat him as they would an animal) but I bet he secretly likes it and will pretend to be asleep to get some pettin'. 83

He's up there all right.

What he needs is for someone to work on his back, but he's afraid of doctors and I can't fucking blame him.

I suspect most of the qualified personnel who could fix his back probably met with a sticky end during prison escape number one, and he's unlikely to be popular with any of the survivors. It seems improbable that there is much in the way of specialist high-end raccoon-oriented medical technology outside wherever he escaped from.

I've been considering doing a comic about his escape, but comics are a ton of work (especially one on this scale). Might do a story though.
