Unknown Bird 2 (Likely Chopi Blackbird) - Memphis Zoo 08-31-2016
Title can't be empty.

At least this time the bird was not on the signage...
There are two free-flight aviaries in the building. One is located at the end furthest from the entrance and has nothing to keep the birds in, e.g., hanging plastic chains. I am not sure how they keep the birds in when they decide to wander the building, but I have never met any of the inhabitants outside the exhibit yet. Given the length of the building corridors, I am actually a bit surprised. They would offer a great opportunity to stretch wings.
Not sure what species this is. I know that it is a tropical bird due to its location, but little more.
UPDATE: Carlos Penguin suggested that this is a Chopi Blackbird, and the ID appears to be correct.
