"Bonk, bonk!": Strike a Pose
Illustration for my Clown TG story 'Bonk, bonk'!.
I was mostly done with this piece, just about to start doing the head, and I was brooding about how it didn't look sexy enough. Maybe BlackShirtBoy or Snaresner(?) would be able to draw it better, I thought.
Then I remembered I was drawing a picture of a clown transgender transformation, in a manner that was a deliberate parody of 80s fashion magazines, in a pose I had actually gone to my local mall and referenced mannequins for, and realized I was taking it way too seriously.
Took another look at it, burst out laughing.
Also, one of these days, I really need to sit down and learn to draw hands. I'm almost as bad with them as Rob Liefeld is with feet.

Lips referenced from this rather more NSFW piece by LDM. I had downloaded that pic as inspiration for the story - note the color scheme - so when I needed lip references...
