Obviously not an anthropomorphic, Megs here is mostly a joke. I dreamed him up as a sort-of Superman parody for a game that never came to be. He's your basic flying brick type, incredibly strong, able to fly and all that. This is how he appeared in the 1940s. The campaign was to be called the 'Geriatric League of America', and was to concern senior citizen heroes. Megaman though, wasn't supposed to be old- his age was the side effect of a villain's death ray device, and once in a while he pops back tohis proper form and goes on a rampage, thinking the Nazi's have won!
