Hey everyone!

So I know there hasn't been much in the way of updates with The Initiation comic for a bit. Not that its any excuse but I let work outside of my art distract me more than I should have, plus I kept getting offers to do commissions for others so I kept pushing this back and back.

For everyone who has read the story and seen the artwork done so far, first off THANK YOU SO MUCH, and I want to let you all know that YES I still am working on the comic itself. I already have several pages fully drawn up, they just need to be colored and finished in Photoshop. For the next couple weeks I am going to try my best to put in at least a few hours of work into this comic because I still really am proud of what Ferren and I did so far.

Just so everyone knows though, in the next couple months I will be deploying with my Army Reserve unit for almost a year which means there will be an interruption in my work once again. I do anticipate having some internet out there as well as time when I am free to keep drawing, but at least for the first month or so of being overseas I wont be able to focus much on art of any kind. If things go the way I am hoping though, once I get into the swing of things I will be back and working on the comic and other things while I am over there!

As for this pic, I wanted to go back and rework the design of all the characters to something more appealing and updated now that my coloring style has tightened up and become much more consistent.

Im thinking this would make a really nice print too!
