The Council of Dragons is going to be a series of shorts focusing around the ten original members of the Draconic species, (The image is Vaughn, their leader) the fall of their powerful nation, and the rise of a sadistic sociopath with a voracious hunger for power. This series will fill in a great deal of historical backstory, mostly stuff that will be referenced to in the next book.
