Sitting by a window on a hot sunny day is a bad idea when you're made of wax.


Some Info:

Zukaro is extremely shy about the fact its made of wax, and generally will try to hide this fact as best it can. However, hiding this fact is quite easy for Zukaro as the wax it's made of is a special kind of wax which is capable of mimicking the properties of various other elements excluding their melting point (unless extra energy is spent, but this is a large drain on Zukaro's battery). Zukaro is also able to liquid shape shift at temperatures lower than 64°C, and as such, if has melted will be able to reform after cooling provided it has any power left.

The reason Zukaro is made of wax is this body allows it to liquid shape shift, and as such, can survive almost anything (if it gets shot it can heal for example). The only downside is it will melt if heated too much (unless Zukaro anticipates this and spends additional energy to increase its melting point). However, it will reform after melting, assuming the temperature has been reduced below Zukaro's melting point. It's essentially impossible to destroy Zukaro as a result of this ability; the best which can be done is disabling it by keeping it in a liquid state.

If Zukaro were to be made of more standard materials it would lack this ability, and so would be quite a bit more vulnerable. This is why Zukaro chooses to be made of wax despite being so shy about it, as the positives massively outweigh the downsides.

This is a generation 2 robot fox body.

GEN-2 bodies still have standard internal robot components (circuit boards etc). When shape shifting circuits are maintained so that Zukaro can remain conscious. If melting Zukaro will stop working once its circuits have been destroyed (this usually occurs once Zukaro is almost fully melted, and rarely occurs before). Once Zukaro is able to reform it will reform and Zukaro will be restored (essentially, it will be unconscious when completely melted, and become conscious again once it reforms). Zukaro does not have any control over when it reforms after melting as this is the shape the wax naturally wants to be in when cooled (it will essentially crystallize into Zukaro, with all circuits and internal components complete). This process requires no power, and as such, it's entirely possible Zukaro will be completely out of power upon regenerating.

Zukaro's uniform is not part of its body (if Zukaro intends to shape shift it will generally take its uniform off so that it doesn't get in the way of it trying to shape shift). The uniform is made of silk with gold plated buttons.
