Porcupine Dodger is a character created by Kazerad who was introduced here:

She may or may not be a young version of Quill-Weave, a minor character in Elder Scrolls : Oblivion and a fairly major character in Prequel Adventure. She is a young aspiring Argonian writer who just left her home in Black Marsh to research human criminal society for her first book. After a disastrous adventure where she attempted to “buy a cocaine”, she escaped a group of slave traders/drug dealers. Oh, she is also color-blind, which explains the greyscale images somewhat. The story picks up where Kazerad’s ended.

All images (so far at least) are blatantly lifted from the page above, though I may commission some artwork for it myself from him or others.

I felt the story had so much potential for continuation, and now that I ended Tails of the Khajiit the writer in me was screaming to get out.

In fact, I've written 5 (chapters) of this so far. One thing though, I really haven't got the sense of offball humor Kaz has, so my version of Porcupine Dodger is honestly not the same as his. I would, nevertheless, advise reading the above just to get a gist of where the story started. It's turning into a much bigger story than I'd originally intended too, but all in all I think that's a good thing. While it's written for an adult audience, it's NOT lewd - or at least not nearly so much as I've done in the past. That is intentional. The primary character is only 17 years old. While there may be embarrassing situations, I promise this time it will NOT decend into porniness!

Beyond that, welcome to Dodger: Continuation - a fanfic of a sidestory of a fanfic parody of an Elder Scrolls game that is well over a decade old. Talk about a niche audience!
