I like her skirt. As a matter of fact, I commissioned someone to draw one of my characters and gave him free rein to dress her as he chose. Did some searching and from what I have seen it could either be a 'Ladies Micro Mini Side Cut Out Skirt' or a 'Ladies Micro Mini Side Slashed Skirt'.
I'd say personally it could be the former of these two possibilities.
