The idea behind this being that the Child in the image is actually a Knight with a Curse, which has regressed him in age, trying to Order a Drink from a local Tavern as if he can simply walk in and do such a thing. The Bartender really isn't having it. The bar was made a little transparent to show off his entire body, and emphasize the height difference between the pair. Honestly this took a LONG time to sketch out due to how much i put into the scenary. Though there could have been more [patrons, chairs etc] this still has the most background work in it than anything else i've ever worked on. it also includes metal and texture effects to give the boy and the tavern a mix up of colors and designs so everything isn't a one note mess.
ALOT of fun doing this one.
