Galyan
A race I created in a old story not on this site.
The Galyans are a 'chimeran' species basically the ultimate predator large, agile, fast and armed. They live by a Darwin like code gathered together in a series of families, each family or collection is defined by what they do and what they do is communicated by what they wear. Carpenters, smiths, warriors hunters etc...
