This is just a Work in progress, I'm more or less uploading it so i don't forget about it.

i saw about 20 seconds of an Empire of the Sun music video and the lead singers attire and attitude just screamed "peacock" to me.
so I decided to turn him into one.
This was mostly just a time killer so dont look for it to be done any time soon.
