When I asked for suggestions for Rule 34 subjects a few weeks ago, this was definitely one of the more obscure ones. This was the lady at the sign-up desk to the Kennel Club's 77th Annual Dog Show from the 2013 Mickey Mouse short "Dog Show." She has about 30 seconds of screen time, and was distinguished by having a mildly snooty accent, being weirded out by Goofy's antics, and having big tiddies.
