Armor & Lace - Part 2
Here is Part 2 of "Armor & Lace" with CWO3 Syvlia Stewert, from my novel, "[i]Daggers of Darkness - Into the Black[/i]". This is from Part 3, where the crew of [i]Nightwing[/i] takes a much needed break in Tycho City on Luna. I've drawn Sylvia wearing the dress as described in the story -- you can see why she wowed everyone and turned heads wherever they went. ;)
I drew this using a 0.5 mm mechanical pencil with HB lead, a 6B graphite stick, various blending and shading tools, on Georgia-Pacific's "Everyday Copy & Print" paper.

Syl is quite a versatile woman -- equally at ease in a uniform, bikini, combat armor, or fashionable dress. Heh, knowing her, she probably has at least a small knife (or other easily concealable weapon) hidden somewhere. I know that (in this picture) she has her military ID chip stashed in a little compartment in that gold wrist cuff bracelet. Who knows what she might have up her sleeve...or possibly strapped to her right thigh. :^O
