Artist's note: A couple of head shots between two of my old characters that are in great need for remake. *mews softly* I though they need to pop in and say hello. So Shigo is a young neko that is apart of the the cerulean clan. She has strong ice based abilities. While her fellow cerulean Willow is a mew mew that was infused with the DNA of an octopus. Even though they are defend different parts of the empire. Shigo on land while Willow is in the sea.
