This is Leisergeist (or Leiser for short.) She's mute, more or less physically handicapped due to having had her T-Cog and radio transponder forcibly removed, and she's very, very tiny. Doesn't look it without a point of reference, but she's a whopping twelve feet tall. I think Arcee's taller than she is.
