Jewel Vixens and Alpha Canines in Fire Fight part Three: Inside the Stronghold
With the thoughts of having to go, the group got ready. Now it would take too long to have the mountain village as their safe house so instead Amethyst used a big van that could host the Canines and Vixens to drive them nearby the place. Luckily Slappy had also improved their outfits to handle the snow, ice, and cold. But as they were headed to the target, Nicholas couldn’t help but feel that he was going to face something he hadn’t in a long time. Which was odd since The Panda King and Furious Fuchsia had never been encountered by the vulpine before.

The group got to the destination and like always Nicholas and Topaz went out to scout the place first. They saw instantly that the path had an arch with a face in the likeness of the two lieutenants on it. Both foxes quickly began their way up the mountain path. Very quickly it began to snow. They also noticed that there were a few guards standing in their way. All of them were quickly dealt with. Soon the vulpine and vixen made it to an overpass where they could see a village below them along with a huge statue in the shape of a giant panda with a red panda face in the middle of the chest in the distance to their right. Suddenly a rocket came from it.
“Wow, like look!” stated Topaz. “A fireworks show!” Both foxes watched it hit a section above the village which sent tons of freezing snow tumbling down, burying it. “Oh my gosh! That’s awful!” This was quickly reported back to Aquamarine and Desmond.
“I don’t believe what you’re saying!” stated the manned wolf. “That poor village just got buried in freezing snow!”
“The rocket came from that giant statue,” stated Nicholas. “And you can bet the Panda King and Furious Fuchsia lit the fuse. We’ve got to find our way up there fast before those lunatics squashes another town.”
Both him and Topaz continued but at a more hurried pace. The path took them to a bridge that looking down showed the original entrance was below them. There was a small section that had to be jumped across to get to the other side. The path then reached a dead end that was blocked. Luckily the vulpine saw the ledge next to it could be used to get around it. They had to be careful as it was narrow and sometimes icicles would come crashing down. Beyond that the same thing had to be done.
Both reached another flat section where two more guards had to be dealt with. There was also another arch like from before. And this time another rocket that had to be used to open up the path. Nicholas took great pleasure in launching it. A quick jump up and both him and Topaz could see they were getting closer to the statue. There were also watch towers which required the foxes to sneak around to not get spotted by the flashlights the guards had.
It wasn’t too much longer until the male and female made it to the front gates. A quick picking action on her end got the doors open. “Alright with the cold?” asked the vulpine with a grin.
“Yeah, not a thing yet!”
“Good. Cause I’m warm as a bug in a rug.” She giggled.
“Ready to so get in there?”
“Like I once said, yippie kai yay mother fucker.” Both foxes quickly hurried in.
Inside the two saw they had to jump across a space to get to the structure in front of them. It took a bit of work but they managed to get on top to take a good look around the place.

“Nice job breaking into the Panda King and Furious Fuchia’s compound,” stated Desmond when the vulpine and vixen reported in. The foxes could see that the statue seen from before dominated the place as it was the biggest structure. Looking they could see a place where a light was on the top. There were other areas as well.
“So what now?” asked Aquamarine. “I figured they’re up on the statue. But how to get up there?”
“That’s what me and Topaz are going to find out,” stated the vulpine.
With that, the two got to work scouting out the place like when it came to Mugshot and Mean Green. Both traveled just about everywhere. Except for a temple like area which Nicholas felt wasn’t the right time to be looked into yet. But in time they would be. Also unlike the last time the guards didn’t come anywhere close to catching the vulpine and vixen. But at one point an announcement came out. The first to speak was that of a male who had a very heavy Chinese accent that was a deep.
“Attention valued employee. Suddenly that village near here neglected not to pay for avalanche protection service. And so we are forced to bury alive under many ton of snow.” Another came on, this time with only a slight Japanese accent and wasn’t as low.
“Please be on guard for any surviving villager who come looking for revenge. Thank you, that is all.”
“How awful,” Topaz whispered after this.
“I agree,” Nicholas answered. “That had to be the Panda King and Furious Fuchsia. We’d better finish up here and get to the others quickly.”
It only took some more minutes before both foxes were heading down the path to the van again. This time action had to be taken right away. Only because the group wanted to make sure that the enemy didn’t bury another town. However this time a few surprising things were going to happen. Not just for Emerald and James, but also an encounter was going to happen for Nicholas. Something from his past that would come back to haunt him and the group.
